What is the expiration ate of the products?

We try to ship our customers products with extended shelf life. For products with less than two months until expiry we will specifically contact the client in advance, before shipping anything. We will also contact you if you’ve made an extra-large order for products with expiry period shorter than four to six months, depending on the product.

Can I change my account information?

You are free to change your account information as per your needs. Please note that the system automatically loads the delivery details of logged in users from their accounts, so ensure that this information is accurate.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Our system allows you to change your password, in case you’ve forgotten it, using your user account’s email. If you have lost access to it, please contact us directly and our customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Is there a minimum quantity required for an order?

No, you can order as little as a single item. For items that have a minimum order requirement over one piece, the system will automatically prevent you from ordering fewer than the required. However, almost all product can be purchased in quantities of a single box.

Do you provide additional discounts for large-volume purchases?

Each product’s page lists its wholesale rates and tiered bulk order pricing. For custom pricing for extra-large orders – please contact us directly.

How frequently do you ship?

We send items from Monday to Friday, except on local holidays. Processing time is normally 48 hours, excluding weekends. Pease refer to the Shipping and Delivery section of our Terms & Conditions.

Which countries does My Lip Filler deliver to?

We deliver globally and can send packages to almost any country in the world. The delivery time, shipping costs and available services will depend on your exact location. While the system will automatically calculate your shipping fee, we’re more than happy to provide you with an estimation for the costs and delivery time in advance, should you contact us before making an order.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is sent, we will email you the detailed tracking information including a web link that you can use to track the delivery updates and status of your package. The tracking details and amount of status updates will vary depending on the service. In general, courier packages will offer more detailed and frequent updates as opposed to mail parcels. Are there any distributors in my country? Can I become a distributor for your products?

At the moment, we work exclusively online and directly with customers and do not partner with local distributors in any particular country. Although, we do not offer any affiliate, partnership or distributor options for the moment, you can always browse our store to find the best deals on products that we can offer.
